This section plays critical role in maintaining the infrastructure and technical systems essential for the smooth functioning and safety of Schools, Sections and Residential Areas within CATI.
ELECTRONICS:
Operating within the domain of Operations and Installation, Electronics team involves a diverse array of responsibilities essential for the smooth functioning of various electronic systems within an organization. Electronics professionals are tasked with a multifaceted role encompassing the oversight and maintenance of critical electronic infrastructures.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT):
The Information Technology (IT) section plays a crucial role across all schools and sections at CATI. Its responsibilities are diverse and impact nearly every aspect of modern businesses. Infrastructure Management, User, and Software Support are some of the services at CATI.
FINANCE:
The finance section handles all functions related to institutes financial well-being. Generally, a finance team is responsible for a variety of tasks, including accounting, budgeting, record keeping, administrative/ financial work and cash flow.
HUMAN RESOURCES (HR):
Human Resources (HR) section extends HR support in all matters pertaining to manpower. This section performs all functions pertaining to HR.
SQMS:
Safety and Quality Management System representative is available at CATI. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Standards are being met in CATI.
LOGISTICS:
The Logistics Section at the Civil Aviation Training Institute (CATI) is a pivotal component in maintaining efficient control over available funds and resources for the provisioning, procurement, storage, distribution, and utilization of inventory. Recognizing the urgency associated with securing essential supplies from the local market and expediting repairs for operational equipment, Logistics team is committed to ensuring CATI's uninterrupted operations. With a focus on timeliness and precision, the Logistics Section plays a crucial role in supporting CATI's mission to provide top-tier civil aviation training by proactively managing the institute's logistical needs and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence.
MEDICAL CENTER:
Medical Center offers 24/7 healthcare services to CAA employees, their families, and a large number of trainees at CATI. It provides emergency treatment, temporary accommodation, indoor admission services, beds, a mini operation theatre and other essential amenities that are necessary for any medical facility with doctors and paramedical staff available round the clock; it ensures that healthcare needs are met promptly.
